Planning to sand, paint, rebuild, etc.? — please email BLPOA Operations so we can help you keep lagoon waters clean with a water boom and other equipment.
Missing Items
If you are missing items from your dock, please visit the boathouse at 50 Lagoon Road to see if they have been recovered. You may also try calling the boathouse at 415-435-0285 or email us.
To buy or sell a boat
We host a public Google Sheet to help members buy and sell used watercraft, including kayaks, sailboats, paddle boards, and pedal boats.
If you are interested in buying a listed watercraft, please contact the owner directly — all transactions are between the two parties.
Owners: don’t forget to remove your item once sold.

To store a boat or board
There are limited spaces available for annual rent by BSS Members at the Mann Boathouse at 50 Lagoon Road. Email us to check availability.
Selling your house on the lagoon?
Please email us when you list your house so we can provide you with required paperwork including: (1) disclosures for prospective buyers; and (2) documents to be signed in escrow.
Note: Membership in the BLPOA ends when a member sells their property on the lagoon. It is only transferred to the new owner after a new membership agreement is signed and approved.
