Jan 1: Annual and 1st Quarter membership dues are due.
February
Annual Mailing sent to all Members
Mailing includes report on BLPOA financial health, operations, and anything up for a member vote.
March
Annual Meeting - 3rd Wednesday
All members encouraged to join us at the Mann Boathouse at 50 Lagoon Road at 7pm.
April
April 1: 2nd Quarter membership dues are due.
Lagoon water level raised early April
Date determined by Richardson Bay water quality and forecasted rainfall. Goal this year is between April 1-4th.
Note: Water level will fluctuate in first few weeks as we flush water in and out.
July
July 1: 3rd Quarter membership dues are due.
October
Oct 1: 4th Quarter membership dues are due.
November
Lagoon water level lowered early November
Date determined by forecasted rainfall and tidal activity.
