Storing a Boat or Board

To promote lagoon usage by Belvedere Residents who are BSS Members, the BLPOA offers limited spaces to rent at the Mann Boathouse at 50 Lagoon Road.

Mann Boathouse

The Belvedere Lagoon Property Owners Association (BLPOA) owns the Mann Boathouse at 50 Lagoon Road, which operates as a maintenance facility and is the main workspace for lagoon water upkeep year-round.

There are limited watercraft storage spaces for rent annually at the boathouse for Belvedere residents who are Belvedere Sailing Society (BSS) members. These spaces are managed by the BSS.

Check availability by emailing Cathy Stoehr, the BSS Port Captain.

To Rent, You Agree To:

  • Be an active BSS member in good standing.

  • Sign an agreement with the BLPOA and set up automatic payments for the rental fees.

  • Keep your boat or board maintained, well-labeled with your name and contact information.

  • Only store your boat or board if you plan to actively use it.

  • Follow Boathouse rules: no swimming from the boathouse dock, and occasionally, access may be limited due to work schedules.

  • Abuse of boathouse or lagoon rules will result in cancellation of your storage privileges.

Note: BLPOA Members and Tenants who live on the lagoon are expected to store their boats and boards on their own docks, and not at the Boathouse.
